ESVA Final Webinar: How to Validate e-Signatures in EWP?

ESVA Final Webinar: How to Validate e-Signatures in EWP?

November 11, 2022

How can you make the exchange of electronically signed documents in EWP more secure?
How can their authenticity be easily verified?

Discover ESVA, this independent e-signature validation module compatible with Erasmus Without Paper!

Registration for the final webinar of the ESVA project is open now.

Date and time: on the 29th of November 2022, 10:00-12:00 am (CET)

Location: on Zoom. The link will be shared with registered participants before the event.

We are delighted to present the results of the work carried out in the project and to make the ESVA validation module available to the higher education community.

This module can be integrated with any Erasmus Without Paper node, supporting European higher education institutions and student service providers on the exchange and verification of trustable documents and data through the EWP network.

It contributes to a reliable system to identify key dimensions of signatures, attesting the authenticity and roles of the persons who signed for specific matters. It allows accuracy and security in university procedures, replacing time-consuming manual verification processes.

This webinar will show you how to use the validation module step by step as part of your daily routine, making paperwork digital administration more effortless and safer.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

  • Why validate e-signatures? Key terms and real-life cases
  • How does ESVA work and fit into the EWP?
  • How to use ESVA? A step-by-step demo

The event will end with an interactive Q&A session where all your questions will be answered.

Participation is free of charge.

We look forward to welcoming you!
